HERE WE DISCUSS OUR INDIVIDUAL PATIENT'S PROBLEMS THROUGH A SERIES OF INPUTS FROM THE AVAILABLE GLOBAL ONLINE COMMUNITY OF EXPERTS INTENDING TO SOLVE THOSE CLINICAL PROBLEMS WITH COLLECTIVE CURRENT BEST EVIDENCE-BASED INPUT. The patient presented with chief complaints of uncontrolled movements in fingers and toes since 3-4 years. Inability to talk properly since 3 years Difficulty in swallowing since 2 years Urinary incontinence HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS: These movements used to occur 1-2 times a day in the beginning, now increased to 5-6 times a day. The severity and frequency seem to be increasing day by day. Movements were also present in his sleep. There is no weakness or loss of grip when these movements occur.
